The hotel is within walking distance of the centre of Leamington Spa, making it a convenient spot for exploring the town. The rooms were great and very accommodating, ideal for looking after an elderly relative. However, the proximity to the staff smoking area made it uncomfortable to leave the curtains open. The service was warm and welcoming, with staff being very helpful and attentive.
I was pleasantly surprised by the room, it was not big but clean and tidy. The location was excellent, right in the center of town making it ideal for exploring. The service was extremely friendly. The dining experience was great with plenty of choices cooked to order. The hotel facilities were good overall.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and well-laid out, exceptionally clean, and stocked with high-quality toiletries and towels. On the downside, the proximity to the staff smoking area made it uncomfortable to leave the curtains open.
